Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book makeup services with Chelsea Crocos. The specifics of your booking — pricing, timings and any travel — are confirmed in writing when you book.

Bookings & deposits

A booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due before or on the day. Your date isn't held until the deposit is received.

Changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel, let me know as early as possible. The deposit may be non-refundable as it reserves a date I turn other work away for; any specifics are set out when you book.

Mobile service

I'm a fully mobile artist and travel to you. A travel fee may apply depending on your location and is quoted upfront. Please make sure there's access and a suitable, well-lit space to work in on the day.

Makeup only

I provide makeup services only — no hair styling. I'm happy to recommend a trusted hair stylist to work alongside me.

Skin, allergies & sensitivities

Please tell me about any allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions before your booking. A patch test is available on request. I can't be held responsible for reactions where relevant information wasn't shared in advance.

Photography

I may photograph my work for my portfolio and social media. If you'd prefer your images weren't used, just let me know.
